Insulation Systems for Cavity Construction

Overview

StoTherm Insulation is an external wall insulation system for timber or steel frame construction. Consisting of 50 to 100mm and over thick EPS StoTherm Panels or StoTherm+ Panels which increase R-values by up to a further 20% for better energy-efficiency.

Sto, a world leader in manufacturing insulated render systems has provided over 150 million square metres of insulated cladding to date and has been tried and tested in every climate around the world for proven insulation performance.

StoTherm Armat Insulation System

StoTherm Armat Insulation is a BRANZ appraised, high performance insulation and render system installed over timber or steel frame construction. The system includes StoTherm Panels and uPVC flashings to lock into junctions and joinery forming a neat weathertight seal. A mineral-basecoat render, followed by StoArmat synthetic render with fibreglass mesh, providing engineered reinforcement to reliably dissipate tensile, seismic and shear stress. Finished in your choice of Stolit coloured finishing render and StoColor facade paint or clear sealer.

Installations are carried out by a Sto Registered Contractor (LicensedBuilding Practitioner), with the added protection of a StoArmat 15 or 20 Year Warranty and StoService Program, ensuring the materials used and application meets building code standards, including a service plan for long-term security.

StoTherm Miral Insulation System

StoTherm Miral Insulation is a BRANZ appraised, high performance, cost-effective insulation and render system installed over timber or steel frame construction. The system includes StoTherm Panels and uPVC flashings to lock into junctions and joinery forming a neat weathertight seal. Followed by the application of a fibreglass mesh reinforced mineral base coat render. Finished in your choice of Stolit coloured finishing render and StoColor facade paint or clear sealer.

All StoTherm builds are specified by Sto and implemented by a to Registered Contractor (Licensed Building Practitioner), with a Sto 15 Year Warranty with StoService Assurance, ensuring the materials used and application meets building code standards, including a service plan for long-term security.

Stolit: Coloured Finishing Renders

Stolit organic finishing renders are manufactured in Germany incorporating the latest technology; certified globally and successfully applied to rendered substrates in every climatic zone for over 50 years.

The Stolit range provides the perfect combination of properties: durable, strong, hard-wearing, impact-resistant, malleable, weather-resistant, colour-stable and highly resistant to microorganisms. In addition, its vapour permeability allows your building to breathe while still repelling water.

Facade Coatings

StoColor facade paints and StoClear sealers are a range of a serviceable coatings embodying intelligent technology for a range of surface functions to compliment the architectural structure and design. The StoColor System with 1000 shades, AC Architectural Colors, or matched to any colour using the Sto Spectrometer, provides a clear framework and systematic approach to colour based on integrated layers, combining texture and colour for aesthetic appeal.
